Simple Egg Chicken Roll


One day My Brother forced me to prepare some thing Delicious as it was boring for him and he was hungry.  It was Sunday so thought of preparing chicken roles. Searched Google and found few recipe which was difficult to get all those ingredients at that instant. So i modified the process of Roles into simple without compromising with taste and the recipe is here......

Simple Egg Chicken Roll Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour
  • Chicken
  • Eggs
  • Oil
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Chopped Onion
  • Sliced Tomato 
  • Chicken Masala

Dressing(If Required)

  • Soya sauce (2tbsp)
  • Chili sauce (2tbsp)
  • Tomato sauce (3tbsp)

How to Make Chicken Egg Rolls:

  • Take a pan and add oil, when it gets hot  Fry Chopped Onions till it turn Golden brown and then add sliced tomato and fry it for 3 minutes.
  • Add Cleaned chicken pieces into pan and little water to it.
  • Boil for 5 minutes and then add Chicken masala(as per required) salt and Chilly powder(green chilly).
  • Heat till the chicken is cooked and keep it aside. 
  • In the meantime you can make the dough using all purpose flour.
  • Take the flour and add ¼ cup of water and mix it well by hand, if you need more water then add it but do not make the dough very soft by adding more water.
  • Make chapati or roti using this dough, this normally looks like tortillas.
  • Take a pan, when it becomes hot add the chapati. After 2 minutes turn it over and add 1/2tbsp oil to it.
  • Add the beaten egg and again turn it to other side, cook it in medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Take the egg chapati out and roll it using chicken.
  • Along with chicken Onions can be used.
  • Other vegetable like capsicum, cabbage etc can be used for different flavors (if required)
  • Roll it with the foil/paper and serve it.

Dressing 

  • Use sauces to Dress the role depending upon the taste.
  • Sauce  can be used while rolling the egg chapati with chicken and onions.
